Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire team members
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to engage clients in our design services
• Commitment to quality with keen attention to detail
• Deep passion and aptitude for mastering the RH design aesthetic
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Willingness to travel locally and domestically up to 25%.
