The Opportunity Every student deserves to feel connected, supported, and set up for success. What does it take to create a digital experience that helps make that happen? As the Digital Student Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how students experience support at Toronto Metropolitan University. Through innovative digital engagement strategies and personalized outreach, you will help create meaningful connections that foster belonging, remove barriers, and support student success from enrolment through graduation.
Working with Salesforce Experience Cloud you will collaborate with our external implementation partner to design, implement, and continuously enhance digital engagement initiatives that connect students with the resources, services, and opportunities they need to thrive. You will work closely with staff, faculty, and campus partners to develop targeted interventions that respond to the diverse needs of TMU's student community, with a particular focus on supporting equity-deserving and traditionally underrepresented students.
In this highly collaborative role, you will combine data, technology, and student-centred thinking to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative approaches that strengthen student success and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about student success, digital innovation, and creating inclusive experiences that make a lasting difference in students' lives.
