Structures Superintendent for our Transportation Division located in Virginia Beach, VA.
We are seeking a superintendent with 10+ years of experience on large transportation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
- Selection of field site personnel
- Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects
- On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment
- Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule
- Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel
- Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs
- Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
- Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition
- Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents
- Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma
- 10+ years of experience
- Basic computer skills are preferred
- Specific roles may require relocation
