Project Overview:
Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility - a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.

Major Responsibilities:
Provides daily directions to Craft Professionals.
Determines workforce requirements.
Coordinates and is responsible for tools, material and equipment are available as needed to achieve safe, efficient, and quality installation.
Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by your area and disciple.
Monitors work installation activities and ensure the quality of work performed meets project standards and specifications.
Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
Responsible for the implementation of project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
Coordinates activities with other disciplines and/or areas as instructed by construction management to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Performs employee reviews and identifies training and development opportunities Craft Professionals.
Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into every aspect of construction operations.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Experience working with Direct Hire Craft Professional workforce.
Prior experience building complex, large structural projects.
In-depth knowledge of cranes and rigging pertaining to structural steel.
Full knowledge of OSHA 1926 Subpart R - Steel Erection
Knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities.
Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (time keeping, schedule development, drawing & specification database)
Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.
Previous experience working with subcontractor and responsibilities contained in subcontract documents (preferred).
