Qualifications

• 3-10 years of structural engineering experience in Offshore Oil & Gas or Offshore Wind sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expertise in offshore installation constraints, design loads, and structural reliability principles.
• Proficiency in SACS for structural analysis; ABAQUS or ANSYS experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for global coordination.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design subsea structures, sea-fastening, and installation aids with structural calculations and FEA.
• Collaborate with 2D/3D designers by providing essential geometrical and material data; review engineering drawings.
• Work alongside project specialists in installation methods, geotechnical, fabrication, and equipment.
• Engage with clients and vendors in project meetings for progress, risk assessment, and technical reviews.
• Support procurement by selecting materials and managing Material Take-Offs and Bills of Quantities.
• Review technical documentation and address client feedback while drafting design reports.
