We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Engineer to join our thriving team. What You'll Do • Conduct structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects. • Generate detailed structural plans and specifications. • Perform site visits and inspections to ensure structural integrity. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and architects. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of existing structures. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff. • Tackle complex structural challenges with ingenuity and precision. Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Structural Engineer (SE) license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire). • Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience. • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Impeccable attention to detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional work. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites when necessary.
