What You'll Do- Conduct structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects.
- Generate detailed structural plans and specifications.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and architects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of existing structures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
- Tackle complex structural challenges with ingenuity and precision.
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire).
- Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional work.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites when necessary.
