Titre du poste : Ingénieur(e) en stress - Aérospatial
Lieu : Mirabel - 3 jours par semaine sur site (mode hybride)
CapGemini Engineering est à la recherche d'un(e) ingénieur(e) en stress de niveau intermédiaire pour notre partenaire dans l'industrie aérospatiale, situé sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal (Mirabel).
Au sein d'un groupe spécialisé de l'équipe d'ingénierie, vous soutiendrez le programme d'avion commercial à titre de spécialiste en stress sur la structure de l'appareil.
Responsabilités principales : • Réaliser ou revoir les analyses de justification structurale des systèmes de l'appareil (tuyauterie hydraulique et pneumatique, valves, supports, brides et ancrages de tubes), ainsi que des structures primaires et secondaires.
• Au besoin, effectuer des analyses statiques, FEM, fatigue et tolérance aux dommages.
• Coordonner certaines activités avec une équipe externe au besoin.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
Profil recherché : • Détenir un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou en génie aérospatial, ainsi qu'un minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie aérospatiale.
• Connaissance des structures primaires et secondaires d'aéronefs (métalliques et composites) ainsi que de l'installation des systèmes.
• Excellente compréhension des bases de l'analyse en stress (métallique et composite).
• Une connaissance de l'analyse en stress des systèmes constitue un atout.
• Bonne maîtrise des principes FEM et FEA.
• Connaissance de MS Patran/Nastran, HyperWorks et CATIA V5 (un atout).
• Être une personne dynamique, autonome, dotée de bonnes capacités de planification et d'excellentes aptitudes en communication.
• Posséder un fort sens des responsabilités et de l'engagement, être un(e) joueur(se) d'équipe dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et être à l'aise de travailler sous pression.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
• La maîtrise du français est un atout.
Job Title: Stress Engineer - Aerospace

CapGemini Engineering is looking for an intermediate level stress engineer for our partner in Aerospace located on the North Shore of Montreal (Mirabel).
As a part of a specialized group within the engineering team, you will be supporting the commercial aircraft program in the capacity of Stress Airframe specialist.
Key Job responsibilities: - You will carry out / review structural substantiation analyses of the aircraft systems (hydraulic and pneumatic tubes, valves, brackets and tubing supports), in addition of primary and secondary airframe structures
- You may be asked to perform static, FEM, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis.
- You may be asked to coordinate activities with offsite team.
- As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with other departments.
As our ideal candidate: - You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- You have knowledge of primary / secondary aircraft structures (metal and composites) and systems installation.
- You have good knowledge of basic stress analysis (metallic and composite)
- Knowledge of system stress analysis is an asset.
- You have good knowledge and understanding of FEM and FEA.
- Knowledge of MS Patran/Nastran, Hyperworks and CATIA V5 is an asset.
- You are an energetic person with initiative, good planning and excellent communication skills.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, are a capable team player in a multidisciplinary team and comfortable working under pressure.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Fluency in French in an asset.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 75,819 CAD to 118,350 CAD per annum
