Job Description:

Overview:

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to help run the company's operating system.

This role sits within the Executive Office and works directly with the Chief of Staff, partnering closely with the President, CFO, and Product leadership. The focus is twofold: owning KPI reporting and bringing structure to execution across the company's highest-priority initiatives.

This is not a pure analytics or coordination role. You will be responsible for making performance visible, connecting it to business priorities, and ensuring initiatives are tracked, understood, and actionable.

What You'll Own:

1. KPI Reporting & Business Performance
• Own and maintain the company's enterprise KPI dashboards (single source of truth)
• Ensure consistency of metrics across BI, RevOps, Product, and Finance
• Summarize performance trends and key drivers (e.g., cohort behavior, funnel movement)
• Translate model or experiment performance into business impact (e.g., revenue lift)

2. Board & Executive Reporting
• Build first drafts of board decks, executive dashboards, and MBR materials
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all outputs
• Structure reporting to highlight key insights, risks, and tradeoffs
• Reduce last-minute work by improving reporting processes and templates

3. Initiative Tracking & PMO (Core Focus)
• Own the structure and hygiene of the company's initiative tracker
• Map initiatives to KPIs and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Track progress, surface risks, and identify blockers early
• Prepare inputs for escalation and decision-making (not chasing updates)

4. Cross-Functional Execution Support
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams on key initiatives
• Help maintain alignment across stakeholders without formal authority
• Support the Executive Business Partner by providing structured inputs for cadence and follow-through

How You'll Work:
• Report to the Chief of Staff as part of the Strategy & Operations function
• Partner closely with the President, CFO, and CPO on performance reporting and priorities
• Collaborate with BI, RevOps, and Product teams for inputs and alignment
• Work alongside the Executive Business Partner, who owns cadence and execution follow-through

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or Biz Ops at a high-growth company
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving
• High ownership mindset; able to operate in ambiguity and move work forward
independently
• Strong written communication
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

What Success Looks Like:
• KPI reporting is accurate, consistent, and trusted across the organization
• Board and executive materials are clear, timely, and decision-oriented
• Key initiatives have clear ownership, visibility, and progress tracking
• Blockers are surfaced early and decisions happen faster
• The Executive Office operates with greater focus, speed, and discipline
