We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Strategy Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within the dine-in sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dine-in industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Responsibilities: - GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the dine-in industry, aligning with overall company objectives. Conduct analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives. - Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, regulations, and emerging technologies. Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to inform strategic decision-making. - Performance Measurement: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts. Establish KPIs and track performance against goals. - Product Strategy: Define and refine the product roadmap for dine-in related products and services. Conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities and gaps in the market. Develop product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value to external partners.

Qualifications

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
