Job Summary1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support organizational goals.
2. Conduct operational assessments to identify areas of improvement.
3. Collaborate with department leaders to design and execute process improvement initiatives.
4. Analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and operations.
5. Provide recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
6. Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
7. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
8. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
9. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years if experience in strategy development , process improvement, operations management, project management, data analysis or consulting within the healthcare industry . Will accept 3 years with a Master's Degree.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross- functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ; Advanced Excel knowledge
