Insights & Analytics Group will...
Own functional workstreams within Patient Support Services and Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapy technology programs and act as a techno-functional lead across business analysis, solution design, and delivery execution.
This role requires deep PSS and Cell & Gene therapy domain knowledge, strong Salesforce Health / Life Sciences Cloud expertise, and the ability to independently engage with clients.What You'll Do - Work with project leadership to define project scope, develop approach and manage functional workstreams across Patient Support Services and Cell & Gene therapy programs.
- Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders across Patient Services, Market Access & Reimbursement, Field Reimbursement, Nurse Educator teams and Cell & Gene Therapy programs.
- Conduct issue analysis, develop hypotheses and translate business needs into clear functional designs and delivery plans aligned with program SOPs, compliance and audit requirements.
- Own functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud, including scalable data models, workflows and automation patterns.
- Review and validate technical designs from a functional and business lens, acting as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Lead project task execution, including UAT planning and execution, defect resolution, support for data migration, integrations and reporting requirements.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to test hypotheses, synthesize findings and present recommendations and trade-offs to client leadership.
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas, including contributing reusable assets, accelerators and best practices in PSS technology.
- Participate in business development through solution demos, proposals and RFP responses.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, review deliverables and support global, multi-vendor project teams.
- Travel to global offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams.
What You'll Bring - MBA, bachelor's, or advanced degree with a strong academic record
- 5-8 years of relevant consulting, patient support services, or techno-functional delivery experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Patient Support Services implementations, including Hub Services, Market Access, Reimbursement and Patient Engagement workflows.
- Deep understanding of Cell & Gene Therapy and advanced therapy support models preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud, including understanding of data models, integrations and platform capabilities.
- Ability to independently drive client conversations, facilitate decisions and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting interactions across databases, operating systems and applications.
- Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery environments and managing virtual teams.
- Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven PSS solutions is a plus.
- High motivation personal initiative and client-service orientation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving approach.
