What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager within the Global Sustainability and Infrastructure Program Office, you will lead high-impact initiatives that translate global strategy into execution across the Deloitte network. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational rigor, accelerate commercialization, and enable Deloitte's Sustainability and Infrastructure agenda at scale.

Strategy & Insights Development

  • Work with leadership, senior business stakeholders, and subject matter specialists to define, shape, and operationalize sustainability & infrastructure go-to-market plays and solutions (a greater emphasis will be on our infrastructure solutions for this role).
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize industry insights and develop strategic recommendations, ensuring our solutions address core client issues across sectors.


Commercialization & Market Activation

  • Partner with industry champions and business priority teams to drive commercial activation, including opportunity identification, shaping internal and external GTM narratives, and supporting select campaigns.
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations to effectively communicate our solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to global leadership and across the firm.


Program Manager

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Global Sustainability & Infrastructure Chief Commercialization Officer, shaping leadership priorities, aligning focus areas, and driving an effective operating cadence (e.g., leadership forums, governance rhythms, and decision-making processes).
  • Drive enterprise-level visibility and execution rigor across priority initiatives, including tracking decisions, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment and timely follow-through to support leadership accountability.
  • Lead the development of executive-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, briefing packs, and strategic narratives), translating complex Infrastructure priorities into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and industry teams, fostering collaboration across member firms, geographies, and sectors to strengthen alignment and impact.
  • Orchestrate and facilitate live and/or virtual executive meetings, account workshops, and industry planning sessions to deliver tangible outcomes and market traction.


Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team to drive impact on projects, producing high-quality deliverables in a timely and agile manner.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and quickly get smart on tech solutions as needed to integrate them into our broader strategic and commercialization efforts.


About the team

The Global Sustainability and Infrastructure team sits at the core of Deloitte's strategy, working across industries and businesses to orchestrate and accelerate the commercialization of sustainability and infrastructure services globally.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

  • 5 years of experience in business, with at least one full year at Deloitte, with exposure, experience, and interest in sustainability, infrastructure, and GTM/growth strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree - ideally in a business field, with relevant coursework/certifications in topics like environmental sustainability, engineering, finance, etc.
  • 3 years of professional experience with core consulting skills - i.e. analytical, research (primary and secondary), and communication and presentation (logical structuring and storyboarding).
  • Working experience with AI tools for everyday productivity enhancement; hands-on experience in using advanced PowerPoint and Excel for at least five years.


Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
