The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Enterprise and Functional Strategy, Operations Sr. Associate, you will focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends, assessing business performance, and developing recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will leverage your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Market Analysis

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
