The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation - Working Capital Associate, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role within our Deals practice, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for corporate development strategies
- Evaluating business plans and deal structures to align with client objectives and market conditions
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive client success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
