The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) - Working Capital - Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your strategic advice will help clients navigate market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop frameworks to maximize value in their business deals. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on providing strategic support to clients, helping them identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulating strategies to achieve their business objectives.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to maximize client satisfaction.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
