What you will do:- Analyze complex operational and strategic data, using financial models and cost-benefit analysis to guide high-impact decisions.
- Leverage business intelligence tools, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and optimize resources across diverse business areas.
- Translate data-driven insights into clear policy recommendations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, preparing compelling presentations and fostering alignment around strategic initiatives.
What you offer:- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a strategy consulting environment with strong business and financial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization (Tableau); familiarity with SQL and coding languages such as STATA or R.
- Proven ability to develop predictive models, analyze big data for financial and operational optimization, and apply project management principles effectively.

The salary range for this position is $137,000 to $150,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
