Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in analytical or GTM roles in fields like management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and StratOps roles.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate significant ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving and thought leadership with limited or no oversight.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction and priorities.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills in all formats.
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully managing ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.


About the job

You will be a part of a strategy team which works very closely with the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) VP, leads and other executive leaders across Alphabet on some of their most critical priorities. You will be asked to independently scope, shape, lead and steer projects and drive impact across key strategic questions for the business. This will require you to simplify and effectively communicate these problems, advocate for and challenge stakeholders and collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

  • Manage simultaneous execution of multiple initiatives while preemptively mitigating risks and collaborating seamlessly across Google product areas.
