Responsibilities - Manage projects across the Engineering portfolio, deliver executive level briefing. Prepare VPs for critical customer meetings and speaking engagements. Collaborate cross-functionally with our partners.
- Drive the end-to-end budget lifecycle for the organization, including annual planning, performance reporting, and spend optimization. Serve as a liaison to Finance partners, tracking commitments and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Own the integrity of the organization's headcount data. Track hiring progress, attrition, transfers, and open headcount. Partner with hiring managers to align hiring with budget availability and goal allocations.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key metrics such as budget health and hiring velocity.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process bottlenecks and present recommendations to GCS leadership.
