Strategy and Doctrine Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you9ll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for Headquarters Marine Corps, Deputy Commandant for Information, Plans and Strategy Division. You9ll lead doctrine and concept development, draft strategic documents, review higher level policy, and coordinate staff actions to advance the Marine Corps understanding of information and the information environment. You9ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we9ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with strategy or doctrine development
  • Experience writing policy, doctrine, or strategic level documents
  • Experience leading planning teams to solve complex problems
  • Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process or Joint Planning Process
  • Knowledge of information warfare and associated elements of it
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into understandable written descriptions for broad audiences to ingest
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor9s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
