The Asset Management Product Team is hiring an ERP Business Analyst to aid in the F&BO process and systems transformation. This role will actively participate in the build-related activities aimed at implementing the overall vision. The functional analyst will partner with both functional and technical teams to ensure coordination and alignment of priorities and tasks. Working closely with the Property Management function to deliver a single Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) that will service the Enterprise. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of SAP S/4 HANA and Cognitus, and how they interact with the rest of the LM F&BO processes and eco-system.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement the tools and processes that were defined in our detail design phase. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Soliciting and documenting functional requirements derived by SMEs
• Drafting and executing test scripts and procedures
• Generating ad hoc reports / metrics as requested
• Aiding in the creation of functional specs, ITC testing, end of sprint demos and other build related activities
• Helping to coordinate logistics/workshops across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Working with stakeholders to understand BA training needs and potential organizational change management impacts
• Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is essential.This role is fully remote and may require some travel to meet business & customer needs. Program requirements US Citizenship due to data restrictions.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience/familiarity with relevant (property management) business processes

• Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship, with dual citizenship being excluded

Desired Skills
• Familiarity with SAP &/or Cognitus
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $88100.00 - $163700.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$79300.00 - $147300.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$70500.00 - $130900.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$63400.00 - $117800.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
