  • Establish and manage global framework agreements to drive standardization, leverage scale, and maximize total value.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction, value engineering, and demand management initiatives.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain supplier performance scorecards.
  • Assess and mitigate supply risks through structured risk reviews, dual-sourcing strategies, and supplier diversification.

  • Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and regional procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with site and regional stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies support operational continuity and long-term growth.
  • Provide guidance on procurement governance, contract compliance, and supplier issue resolution.
  • Build strong internal relationships across sites and regions to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Financial & Operational Impact
  • Deliver annual cost savings and cost avoidance targets aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Monitor market trends, commodity indices, and supply market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, including savings delivery, compliance, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Extended Support Across Indirect Categories
