Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• 4-7+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace.
• Strong experience leading complex negotiations and drafting multi-year agreements.
• Proficiency in AS9100 aerospace quality requirements, ITAR/EAR export regulations, and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis ability; Power BI or Tableau skills are a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and special-process requirements with depth to challenge cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for assigned commodities such as precision machining and electronics.
• Lead competitive sourcing events and conduct multi-round negotiations; perform TCO/should-cost analyses.
• Own and manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for key suppliers, including conducting QBRs.
• Structure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Partner with Engineering teams on DFM, DFA, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage sourcing for New Product Introduction (NPI) from supplier engagement to production readiness.
• Lead supply-continuity plans for critical components and support risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality on APQP and PPAP processes.
