DescriptionThe Strategic Sourcing Analyst will support the development and management of a supply base for R&D, Production, and Service. They will assist in implementing commodity strategies, driving supplier performance improvements in cost, quality, and delivery, and contributing to cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and working capital goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues, support contract management, and enable continuous improvement, while maintaining awareness of market trends and supporting supplier involvement in product development.

- Help consolidate suppliers, standardize processes, and reduce costs
- Identify and evaluate suppliers that meet quality and performance needs
- Contribute to AOP goals, including cost savings, efficiency, and lead-time improvements
- Support supplier performance to meet business and productivity targets
- Assist in developing and managing supply agreements
- Stay informed on market trends and supplier capabilities
- Collaborate with Procurement and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
- Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement processes.
- Exposure to sourcing in best-cost regions (e.g., China, South America, Eastern Europe, Mexico).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support data-driven decisions.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$95,000 - $115,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
