Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, skilled in building new business, managing key accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and highly credible when engaging executives, property managers, and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, property managers, and insurance carriers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account growth.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals ($1M-$3M+).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
