Job Summary

Your Impact:
  • Americas Capacity Planning & Pipeline Interlock: Own the NAM/LATAM capacity model and resource forecasting rhythms. Partner with Practice Managers and Services Sales to align bench availability directly against SFDC sales pipelines, Quote Estimator (QE) templates, and backlog data.
  • PSA & Schedule Hygiene Enforcement: Drive high-fidelity data hygiene by deploying automated lookahead routines and operationalizing AI tools to minimize scheduling volatility.
  • Subcontractor Strategy & Regional Vendor Management: Partner with Vendor Management to optimize regional vended delivery, supporting our target of a subcontracted vended services mix while driving target margin thresholds.
  • Agentic AI & Workflow Enablement: Operationalize modern AI tools across daily resourcing cadences to streamline headcount intake, automate meeting synthesis, and eliminate transactional friction.
  • Margin & Commercial Execution: Actively enforce operational policies that support our enterprise financial targets, including billable utilization benchmarks.
  • Skills Inventory & Governance: Lead quarterly skills matrix audits in Clarizen to ensure accurate staffing of domain expertise on high-complexity Cortex and Cloud customer deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Transparency: Maintain transparent, real-time tracking for all regional RMO projects and milestones in Asana, providing executive leadership with continuous visibility into project health and risk mitigation.

Your Experience:
  • Domain Expertise: 6+ years of Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations experience within a high-growth SaaS/Enterprise Software enterprise.
  • PSA & Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with enterprise PSA platforms (Clarizen/Planview) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Excel).
  • Capacity Modeling & Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in capacity forecast calibration, billable utilization (BU%) management, and revenue/margin optimization principles.
  • AI & Process Modernization: Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to adopt AI tools (Gemini, SlackBots, automated sweepers) to scale resourcing operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a proven track record of building high-trust partnerships with PS Practice Managers and Executives.
  • Project Transparency: Familiarity with managing operational milestones and project plans within Asana.
  • Certifications: Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification strongly preferred.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
