Job Description
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Strategic Relationship Manager to support growth across the restaurant and hospitality technology space. This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant operations knowledge and a proven ability to sell, consult, and build long-term partnerships with restaurant operators and multi-unit organizations.
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering technology-driven solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor management, food cost controls, inventory management, scheduling, and profitability drivers.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with restaurant operators, franchisees, multi-unit leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated success identifying business challenges and recommending solutions that improve operational performance and profitability.
Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, trade shows, and industry events.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, growth mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Comfortable conducting both virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the United States for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, restaurant technology, hospitality, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from restaurant managers to C-level executives.
Experience selling or supporting restaurant technology solutions such as POS, labor management, payroll, inventory, scheduling, accounting, or back-office systems
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
