What You'll Do- Client Project Management: Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and relationships stay strong.
- Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned.
- Marketplace Management: Leverage AI agents to engage Synquery's panel of top-tier subject matter experts that support client research.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate client needs into operational strategies that leverage Synquery's capabilities.
What We're Looking For- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution.
- Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience in client service, project management, consulting, or account management.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and enjoys building zero-to-one solutions.
- Strong Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward confidently.
- Location: Nashville or Boston preferred
