Job Title: Strategic Program Manager

Role Responsibilities: - Operational Rigor: Drive a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Anticipates & Mitigate Risks: Goes beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution by anticipating risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Program Planning: Develops program plans that are unique to each initiative and understands dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all projects.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and business outcomes.
- Communications & Branding: Lead the development and delivery of internal communications, including newsletters, branding initiatives, and program updates, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across audiences.
Qualifications: - Experience in a Program Management or similar environment with sound understanding of project management methodologies and industry-standard processes.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to advocate a course of action.
- Ability to drive process improvements and champion a culture of operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter attitude with a bias to action.
- Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals, initiatives, and drive growth.
