Your Role

Shape the future of services and turnkey solutions for a global electronics business. In this pivotal role, you will own the long term strategy, portfolio roadmap, and growth agenda for field services, installation, commissioning, construction support, operational support, and integrated customer solutions. You will turn customer and market insight into differentiated value propositions, investment priorities, business cases, and measurable commercial outcomes. Working across product management, services, sales, engineering, technology, quality, supply chain, operations, finance, human resources, and materials teams, you will connect equipment, services, installation expertise, digital capabilities, and partner ecosystems into scalable offerings. You will also define the workforce capabilities needed for sustainable growth, including the roadmap for a technical academy, certification pathways, and future career development. Success means translating strategic clarity into adoption, recurring revenue, customer value, safety, quality, and execution excellence across regions.

The preferred locations for this role are Chander, AZ, Austin, TX and Allentown, PA. Other US EMD Electronics locations may also be considered.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic product management, offering management, services leadership, turnkey operations, engineering, construction management, or a related business leadership role.
  • Experience developing offering strategies, customer value propositions, investment business cases, growth plans, or services business models.
  • Experience translating customer needs, market dynamics, and operational capabilities into actionable portfolios, roadmaps, or commercial initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and align international cross functional stakeholders across product management, services, sales, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and human resources.
  • AI literacy, including understanding artificial intelligence concepts and limitations, practical applications and decision implications, and responsible use considerations such as bias, fairness, privacy, governance, and accountability.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, construction, high reliability engineered systems, or a related industry.
  • Experience with field services, installation, commissioning, construction integration, contractor management, or turnkey project delivery.
  • Experience building workforce capability strategies, technical career pathways, certification programs, or technical academies.
  • Master of Business Administration or another relevant advanced degree.
  • Strong executive communication, systems thinking, customer focus, commercial judgment, organizational leadership, and talent development skills.
  • Experience using strategic planning methods, financial modeling, portfolio management, and performance indicators to guide investment and growth decisions.


US Base Pay Range for this position - $140,800 to $211,100.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
