Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting key business activities and decision-making efforts to improve PS&P system efficiency and achieve established objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the PS&P Systems Improvement Assignments Team to identify improvement opportunities, close process gaps, and drive implementation.
  • Conduct site visits to PS&P facilities to evaluate current operations and recommend improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Coordinate Yamagamori-related activities with the Systems Innovation Team to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate long-term strategic plans for PS&P leadership.
  • Evaluate current KPIs, prioritize the most critical measures, and align performance tracking to improvement goals and business results.
  • Define benchmarks and performance metrics to measure progress, accountability, and overall success.
  • Assess existing processes and workflows, then implement streamlining strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and implement cross-department best practices that support business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Maintain and update the PS&P Systems Roadmap to reflect priorities, timelines, and approved initiatives
  • Manage and track all approved PS&P system projects to ensure progress, alignment, and status visibility.
  • Lead communication and coordination for PS&P Midterm Planning activities (IT Summit).
  • Lead and coordinate Topgun quarterly meetings to identify performance gains, gaps, and follow-up actions.
  • Support and deliver training for systems used by PS&P to improve user capability and adoption
  • Assess current organizational systems and develop strategies that improve agility, scalability, and business responsiveness.
  • Review available reporting tools, identify capability gaps, and recommend system enhancements.
  • Partner with ISD and the PS&P systems group to implement solutions that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and strengthen agile operations.
  • Serve as Product Owner for the One Truth PS&P Enterprise Data Analytics Platform project.
  • Coordinate training activities that support implementation and adoption of the One Truth Project.
  • Ensure AI solutions are incorporated throughout system implementation plans.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports for Projects.
  • Coordinate and support training for PS&P systems to ensure effective rollout and ongoing usage.
  • Document business requirements, testing activities, and standard operating procedures to support effective system implementation.


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience specialized in Systems and Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major strategic planning projects required.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage cross-departmental contacts to influence support for PS&P objectives.
  • Ability to create an environment that allows open communication and feedback from associates.
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for leading teams; influencing others to achieve goal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel and Powerpoint
