You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Sr Director of Strategy and you'll work out of our
Charlotte, NC location on a
Hybrid work schedule.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and drive the development and implementation of strategic plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
- Manage and mentor the Strategic Planning team
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create compelling presentations
- In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and strategic planning frameworks to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
- Experience in monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
