Standard Job DescriptionStaff Financial Strategist (E4) - Enterprise & Campaign Strategy (ECS), Aeronautics Strategic Planning (SP)Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking for a Staff Financial Strategist to join the Enterprise & Campaign Strategy (ECS) team within the Strategic Planning organization. In this position you will work hand in hand with members of the Strategic Studies Group (SSG) and Growth & Resourcing (GRS) teams, as well as a broad set of enterprise partners, to shape Aeronautics' long range financial growth. Your core responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and communicate a 10 year strategic financial outlook that informs senior leadership decision making on profitability, market opportunities, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will assist in the integration of Aero Orders Planning to support and guide domestic and international growth strategy formulation, options, and assessments.
You will identify and assess strategic issues, market trends, and environmental dynamics that impact the business, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, and support the development of strategy campaigns-both domestic and international. By supporting the development of robust business cases and resourcing strategies, you will help align investments with the most valuable growth opportunities. You will also create data models and visualizations that turn complex internal and external data into clear, executive ready insights, while cultivating strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as the ASBD and Aeronautics FP&A teams. Travel of up to 10 % of the role is required to engage with partners and senior leaders across the organization.
Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 10 years of professional experience - or 8 years of experience with a related Master's degree.
• Prior experience as a Strategy or Financial Analyst within a Lockheed Martin Business Area.
• Experience analyzing financial data and providing actionable recommendations.
Desired Skills• Strong project management capability; proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent presentation skills, including the creation and delivery of executive level presentations and data visualizations.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities; comfortable constructing, gathering, and analyzing complex data sets.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for strategic and executive level audiences, with experience liaising directly with senior executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Tableau, Teams, and other project management tool suites.
• Deep understanding of Lockheed Martin's products, services, markets, and operations gained through experience working in an LM Business Area.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business environments and priorities.
• Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance (including Special Access Program clearance, if required).
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
