Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to assess project scope and stakeholder needs.
  • Complete pre-call planners in preparation for site walks.
  • Validate project scope and product requirements during site visits.
  • Process quotes, orders, and returns via phone, email, and fax.
  • Inform customers about promotions and suggest additional product lines.
  • Address product or service inquiries to determine optimal solutions.
  • Coordinate with shipping and transportation to resolve issues and communicate updates.

Full Job Description
The Strategic Partnerships Project Representative is responsible for oversight and execution of complex projects supported by our Strategic Partnerships team. This includes scope and responsibilities for identifying customer needs and providing comprehensive customer solutions supporting the project from start to completion by generating quotes, sourcing product, tracking shipments, as well as processing orders and returns. The Strategic Partnerships Project Representative collaborates directly with Pro Customers, Strategic Partnerships team, Merchants, Vendors and Store Employees to provide materials for the project in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Works with the Strategic Partnerships team to understand all stakeholders, job scope, and timing.
  • Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners.
  • Walks sites and validates project scope, product needs, business channel solutions, and installation service opportunities to include quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution.
  • Processes simple quotes, orders, and returns by various forms of external means such as incoming calls, email, and fax.
  • Informs customers of sales promotions while also suggestive selling product lines.
  • Resolves product or service questions while determining the best solution within standard company timelines.
  • Partners with shipping, receiving and transportation to fact-find and troubleshoot issues and communicate to outside sales or external customers accordingly.
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with internal and external customers.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for various requests from the Strategic Partnerships team, including customer quotes, order placement, product sourcing, shipment tracking, and other requests.
  • Sends, receives, and responds to questions from Pro Customers, Stores, and Lowe's subsidiaries related to quote and order details.
  • Leverages defined systems and processes to provide project updates and a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Supports peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 Years relevant professional sales experience required
  • 1 Year construction experience with a strong sales background
  • Must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • A working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Pay Range: $82,100.00 - $137,000.00 annually
