This role is responsible for bridging the gap between our operational teams and external partners, defining the standards and operational requirements necessary to scale our sites effectively. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key vendors, managing the lifecycle of these relationships from requirements gathering and contract negotiations to ongoing performance oversight. By quarterbacking these initiatives across internal cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure our vendor ecosystem is equipped to support our operational needs and growth across regions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic vendor relationships. Translate the needs of our front-line managers and regional leadership into clear, actionable frameworks that vendors use to build and train their teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of formalizing partnerships. Partner with legal, finance, commercial, and contracting teams to drive RFPs and contract negotiations, ensure our external partnerships are tightly linked to our internal operational needs.
  • Manage the lifecycle of these key accounts. Act as the central point of contact, ensuring vendors stay aligned with Google's evolving technical standards and safety protocols as we scale.
  • Operate with a high degree of leadership, quarterbacking deals across cross-functional teams to create and execute processes that ensure our operational footprint scales efficiently.
