Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Strategic Partnerships Development-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Strategic Partnerships Development-related occupation.
  • Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: End-to-end management of complex strategic partnerships; Business development opportunity and pipeline management or Strategic opportunity sourcing; Influencing senior leadership on strategic business decisions or Executive stakeholder engagement; Cross-functional stakeholder management across all organizational levels or Internal stakeholder alignment; and Financial and business benefit assessment of potential partnerships or Investment banking analysis for partnership evaluation.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000 - $204,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and strategic initiatives with key partners to achieve overarching business goals.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of external partners, ensuring long-term value and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams across multiple regions to launch, improve, and scale new product features and user experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end partner experience, from partner engagement, growth planning, and product integration to issue resolution and ongoing support. Analyze partner performance by tracking key business metrics, building forecasts, and conducting industry research to inform product and partnership strategy.
  • Maintain gaming industry expertise to advise developers on new trends and growth paths on mobile.
