About the Role

Our mission is to empower creators to turn passions into a career by enabling their full potential through opportunity and growth. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Partnerships, Product, Customer Trust, Creator Expansion, and others. As the ideal candidate, you have proven experience ideating and executing with a data-driven approach, working with multiple workflows, and a fundamental understanding of weighing the opportunity cost of different priorities under evolving timelines while keeping your team informed of progress. You will report to the Director of North American Partnerships.
You Will:
  • Work closely to identify trends, anticipate creator needs, and ultimately help play a crucial role in guiding the Partnerships roadmap for years to come
  • Engage with the current and next generation of content creators from various platforms, seeking to make Twitch the most enticing place to stream
  • Onboard and support creators, driving high quality, collaborative content
  • Stay up to date on trends and the latest information in the content creation industry
  • Evangelize Twitch with the creator community while serving as their voice internally

  • A creative thought process with a passion for the creator economy

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. About Twitch

Twitch is an American video live streaming service that focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of esports competitions, in addition to offering music broadcasts, creative content, and "in real life" streams. It is operated by Twitch Interactive, a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. It was introduced in June 2011 as a spin-off of the general-interest streaming platform Justin.tv. Content on the site can be viewed either live or via video on demand. The popularity of Twitch eclipsed that of its general-interest counterpart. In October 2013, the website had 45 million unique viewers, and by February 2014, it was considered the fourth-largest source of peak Internet traffic in the United States. At the same time, Justin.tv's parent company was re-branded as Twitch Interactive to represent the shift in focus – Justin.tv was shut down in August 2014. That month, the service was acquired by Amazon for US$970 million, which later led to the introduction of synergies with the company's subscription service Amazon Prime. Twitch acquired Curse in 2016, an operator of online video gaming communities and introduced means to purchase games through links on streams along with a program allowing streamers to receive commissions on the sales of games that they play.
