About the job In the role, you will drive Google One subscribers and Google Photos engagement by collaborating with major distribution platforms, with a near term focus on financial institutions, retailers, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs). As part of this focus, you will lead Cross-Product Area (XPA) collaboration efforts across Platforms and Devices (P&D), Gemini, YouTube and more. Your core responsibilities will include defining partner strategies that deliver on the Product Area (PA's) most important Objectives and Key Results (OKR's) while tracking primary industry trends, acting as a dedicated advocate for our partners, and identifying specific collaborative opportunities. You will then translate these opportunities into impactful business development initiatives through effective execution. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Identify and lead exploratory discussions with prospective partners across key industries (telecom, OEMs, fintech, retail).
  • Structure and discuss complex, product-driven agreements featuring balanced, win-win commercial terms and incentives.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities, leading financial models and business impact analyses to secure internal executive approval.
  • Manage the complete agreement lifecycle, translating technical and business requirements in alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships with external partner C-suites while driving alignment across cross-functional internal teams (Product, Legal, Sales).
