About the role

We're looking for a Strategic Operations Senior Manager to join the Office of the COO and serve as a trusted partner to the VP, Strategic Operations. In this highly visible role, you'll help shape strategic priorities, lead planning and operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve execution across Crunchyroll's global media and direct-to-consumer business.

You'll work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into action, developing executive communications, building decision frameworks, and creating the governance, insights, and accountability needed to keep the COO organization aligned on its highest priorities.
Core Areas of Responsibility
  • Drive strategic planning and roadmap development across the COO organization
  • Lead the COO organization's OKR process, planning cadence, and operating rhythms
  • Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks that support leadership discussions
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and governance mechanisms that improve visibility into priorities, risks, and execution
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving alignment and actions to accelerate progress
  • Partner with Finance and People to support resource, workforce, and budget planning
  • Represent the Office of the COO in cross-functional forums, driving alignment and accountability across teams
  • Partner closely with the VP, Strategic Operations on evolving priorities, executive communications, and special projects

We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.
About You

  • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles
