Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years in managed care or health plan operations with a focus on operational initiatives.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects without direct supervisory authority.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile (preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or dual-eligible health plans (preferred).
• Proficient in healthcare analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, or SQL (preferred).

Responsibilities
