Primary Purpose of Role
The role will comprise two key components:
- Onboarding new clients
- Relationship management for existing clients
You will become an expert in CloudMargin, using your knowledge of the system to successfully onboard clients on our platform. As CloudMargin evolves you will educate clients and advise them on how to best use the system. Communicating with clients is fundamental to the role.
Core Accountabilities
Client Onboarding
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of CloudMargin.
- Develop customised onboarding plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, project manage the implementation, involve relevant internal and external stakeholder as required.
- Onboard incremental business for existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating clients on best practices and optimising their use of our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and deliver continuous improvements.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals and identify upselling strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to onboarding success and client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with support, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth rollout of new functionalities and internal process improvement.
- Provide insights to internal teams based on client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
Collateral Management Expertise
- Leverage domain knowledge in capital markets, post-trade derivatives markets, and collateral management to tailor onboarding and relationship management efforts.
Experience
- 8+ years Collateral and margin call management experience in an operational or project management role (this can be from a bank, custodian, buy-side, infrastructure provider or software vendor) Relationship management or experience in a client facing role
