Responsibilities - Support the execution of critical real estate leases and agreements (e.g., colocation, power, fiber) by assisting in the agreement, redlining, and management of contractual and business terms.
- Ensure alignment by coordinating closely with internal Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to meet project timelines.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis (including NPV, ROI, and TCO modeling) to forecast pricing, analyze the market landscape, and assess new markets.
- Prepare investment summaries and draft financial business cases for review by executive leadership.
- Maintain tracking systems for the development pipeline and provide regular reports on portfolio performance metrics and market trends.
