Job Description:

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our global HRBP team and serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of ELT and senior leaders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments, builds executive trust quickly, and operates with both strategic depth and strong execution discipline.

This role is not for someone who waits for the path to be fully defined before moving forward. Our leaders are operating in a fast-moving, high-change environment and need an HRBP who moves with them - anticipating needs, advising through ambiguity, and delivering consistently.

What You'll Do

Executive Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to ELT and senior leaders, building strong, credible partnerships from day one
  • Proactively identify organizational and talent needs within your client groups, bringing forward recommendations before you're asked
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new executive leaders as needed, establishing strong HR partnerships from the outset
  • Participate in leadership team meetings and business reviews, contributing an HR lens to strategic discussions

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned to business goals
  • Lead succession planning and talent review processes within your client groups, identifying and developing high-potential talent
  • Drive performance management practices - coaching leaders on feedback, goal-setting, and managing performance with consistency and clarity

Change Leadership
  • Support leaders through organizational change - restructuring, role redesign, team integration - with a steady, pragmatic approach
  • Communicate effectively across levels, translating HR strategy into language that resonates with business leaders

HR Team Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the VP, HRBPs and broader HR team including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and L&D
  • Contribute to team-wide HR initiatives and share best practices across the HRBP function

What You Bring

Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR Director role
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-suite or senior executive leaders - you can speak specifically to those relationships and how you operated at that level
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environments strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting executive onboarding and integration is a strong plus

Capabilities
  • Executive presence and credibility
  • Strong bias toward action
  • Excellent judgment in complex, sensitive situations
  • Disciplined execution
  • Clear, direct communicator
  • Solid working knowledge of US employment law and ER best practices

Education
  • Bachelor's degree desired; SHRM-SCP / S/PHR certification a plus

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 139,000.00 to 174,000.00 USD Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.

We are committed to pay transparency and fair compensation practices. If you have questions about our compensation approach, please don't hesitate to ask during the interview process.
