Strategic Growth Lead, Critical & Digital Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth and serve as the voice and face of Onterris within one of the fastest-growing global infrastructure markets. You will lead with insight, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and activate integrated value propositions that resonate deeply with the unique needs of your industry. This position is remote with travel to our offices and client sites. The compensation range is $175,000 - $250,000, in addition to incentive eligibility and will be commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

You will unlock new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and unite teams around a go-to-market approach that delivers meaningful environmental and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Growth and Market Development - Own and execute Onterris' technology & digital infrastructure market strategy, leveraging our global platform, technical expertise, and integrated delivery capabilities across Consulting, Treatment, Measurement and Analysis.
- Drive sector growth and bookings by attracting new clients, expanding existing client relationships, and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline in partnership with our Commercial team.
- Translate market trends, regulatory developments and emerging client needs into focused growth strategies, differentiated offerings and new market opportunities.
- Maintain a clear view of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), market share, competitive landscape, and client experience to identify where we can lead and grow.
- Partner across business lines, global market sector leaders, and business development teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and bring the full capabilities of Onterris to clients.
Client Leadership and Accounts - Serve as a Key Client Leader (KCL) within the Onterris formal Key Client Program, building trusted relationships with leaders and clients and positioning Onterris as a strategic advisor.
- Develop and grow priority accounts through disciplined account planning, client discovery, and cross-business collaboration.
- Identify and incubate high-growth accounts for future inclusion in the Key Client Program, while coaching and developing future Key Client Leaders.
- Support account teams in expanding existing contracts, securing renewals and identifying new programs and opportunities within the market.
- Lead major pursuits and client engagement strategies, challenges, and investment plans to shape solutions that deliver greater environmental and business value.
Market Leadership and Visibility - Prepare monthly reports with data analysis from the market's performance to include sales pipeline, client activities, leads, events, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of client's needs in the market through discovery calls, interviews and immersing yourself into their industry.
- Collaborate across business lines to develop comprehensive go-to-market solutions and an integrated value proposition tailored to resonate with clients within the market.
- Strengthen Onterris' position and brand in the critical & digital infrastructure market through thought leadership, industry engagement, and a focused conference and events strategy.
- Partner with Marketing on an integrated value proposition and market-facing content that supports client acquisition efforts and reinforces Onterris' expertise.
- Facilitate connectivity across sales and operational teams, ensuring market intelligence and client insights are shared across business lines.
- Track sector performance and provide clear reporting on pipeline, bookings, client activity, market trends, and growth priorities.
- Serve as an internal and external leader on the critical & digital infrastructure market, helping teams anticipate change, align around opportunities and move decisively.

- 5+ years of experience in the technology & digital infrastructure or critical infrastructure industry, with a track record of success in attracting, managing, and growing large key accounts within a consulting setting
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred, not required.
- Leads with integrity and influence in a matrixed environment, building trust across teams and serving as a credible advisor to clients
- Communicates with clarity and conviction, translating complex capabilities into a compelling value proposition for clients, teams and stakeholders
- Adapts quickly, stays resilient through change, and balances independent decision-making with cross-functional collaboration
- Brings discipline to strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Acts with ambition and a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities and advancing innovative solutions
- Takes ownership for outcomes, follows through on commitments, and maintains transparency around performance, priorities and opportunities
