ABOUT THE TEAM

The Strategic Global Operations team serves as the experts on Product Line system and process health and top-line strategy that enables Anduril to design, build, ship, and deploy products at scale. As part of the Global Operations team, we're looking for an individual to help solve key cross-functional process, analytics, and system problems to better help Production and Product teams across a variety of workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health ensuring our processes and systems support their production. You are the voice of the customer back to HQ operation teams to ensure the east coast PLs are supported.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly
  • Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorize/prioritize, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation with product teams
  • Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making
  • Clearly document process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectivity of documents
  • Develop and utilize your strategic operations viewpoint, being an active participant in deciding which projects are even worth solving at a given point in time, and understanding the different priorities and considerations from a variety of functions to enable you do so.
  • Gather data, identify issues, prepare review materials, coordinate across regional teams and track action items for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Assess readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmark performance across regions, identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in any of Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics
  • You have an insanely high execution bar, and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward
  • You'll use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to help create key analysis to influence and execute on operational decisions
  • You have product taste, and are able to think through how business systems requirements should be shaped, and partner with broader Corporate Technology teams on conceiving and testing workflows
  • You have a knack for process and are able to identify how various parts of the operation string together
  • You'll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization and regions to clearly communicate and achieve cross-functional outcomes
  • You consider people, and you love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
  • You're both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
  • You're genuinely curious and creative, wanting to dive deep into a variety of operational process and systems problems and think critically to define optimal solutions
  • You're observant and anticipate cross-functional issues/need and potential solutions before the broader org may notice

US Salary Range

$112,000-$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
