How does this role make an impact?- Leads financial analysis of mergers & acquisitions efforts including due diligence efforts and valuation of potential acquisition targets.
- Builds and maintains complex financial models to forecast performance and evaluate strategic initiatives, utilizing scenario and sensitivity analysis to provide additional context.
- Evaluates investment opportunities and strategic projects using established financial principles and cost-benefit analysis framework.
- Creates compelling stories to support financial analysis to bridge the gap between complex financial models and our business partners.
- Manages and coordinates cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Supports long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Do you have what we're looking for?- Advanced financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and business valuation.
- Experience with financial due diligence and valuation activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations to executive and non-financial audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects and influencing decision-making across the organization
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Base Pay Range:$94,400-$129,800
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
