This role offers a unique opportunity for an early-career finance professional to develop a broad finance skill set and to gain exposure across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets and other disciplines. The FP&A Analyst will support a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities while helping establish the processes, tools, and reporting frameworks needed to support a rapidly evolving organization.
Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis - Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and deal financing.
- Identify and analyze key drivers to key financial metrics.
- Prepare recurring management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Assist with board, lender, tenant, and investor reporting requirements.
Cross-Functional Finance Exposure - Support treasury activities including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Assist with capital markets, financing, and lender-related analyses and reporting.
- Support full project financing lifecycle from due diligence to project completion.
- Collaborate with broader finance and operational teams to refine project budgets, understand business drivers, and performance metrics.
Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis - Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze trends in revenue, costs, profitability, liquidity, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial insights.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.
Process Development & Ownership - Lead projects to create and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks.
- Help establish scalable financial processes appropriate for a growing organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend more efficient ways of working.
- Document processes and support finance system enhancements, as needed.
Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in finance (FP&A, treasury, capital markets), investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, as well as to collaborate with others across disciplines
Preferred - Experience working with financial reporting systems, BI tools, and ERP platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools
- Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or financial statement analysis.
- Understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, industrials, construction, energy, utilities, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with interpreting, assessing and informing contract/legal documents

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this position will be $85,000 - $110,000. Pursuant to any applicable law or regulation, the anticipated salary range may include a performance-based discretionary annual bonus. Factors that may affect a candidate's starting pay within this range include geography, skills, experience and other qualifications for the role. This full-time position is eligible for generous benefits, including health, dental, and 401 (k).
