What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategic Finance Lead to join our Finance organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for leading complex financial analyses and modeling initiatives that support critical business decisions, long-term planning, and investment strategy. You will partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights and ensure decision-making is grounded in economic and business reality.

Lead complex financial modeling initiatives, including:

  • Three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

  • Long-range planning and scenario models

  • Discounted cash flow (DCF) and valuation model

Support M&A and strategic investments through valuation analysis, diligence support, and financial integration modeling

Build driver-based forecasting frameworks that tie financial outcomes to underlying business performance

Partner with business leaders to identify key performance drivers and embed them into financial planning and forecasting models

Independently lead multiple workstreams, managing timelines, structuring analyses, and delivering high-quality outputs

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development

  • Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling and DCF analysis

  • Experience supporting M&A, investment analysis, or strategic planning initiatives

  • Strong ability to connect financial results to underlying business drivers

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex, scalable financial models

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in professional services or project-based business models

  • Exposure to driver-based forecasting or performance analytics transformation

  • Experience building long-range planning (LRP) models

  • MBA, CFA or advanced degree

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
