Full Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. You will shape the experience thesis, build and test the first version, and help determine whether the work should become part of a broader repeatable program, remain bespoke, or stop. This role focuses on incubation: developing new experiences, strengthening consequential customer moments, and creating the principles and materials needed for durable ownership.

Your initial focus will be helping bring a new flagship, hands-on enterprise customer experience to life in San Francisco, developing new executive and practitioner formats around it, and supporting selected strategic-account interventions where a differentiated approach is needed.

This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for a builder who combines customer and commercial judgment with original program design and excellent execution. You will work across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Research, Solutions, Design, Events, Operations, regional marketing, and executive teams. You will be expected to make clear choices, build directly, and stay close to the work until the model is proven and ready for durable ownership.

This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the nature of the work, periods of more intensive onsite participation are expected as new experiences are designed and launched. Travel may be required.

In this role, you will:
  • Identify customer or business opportunities where an existing program or format is insufficient.
  • Define the audience, desired action, experience thesis, and measures of success.
  • Design and build the first version of a differentiated executive or enterprise experience.
  • Build prototypes and test the most important assumptions before committing significant budget, executive time, or organizational capacity.
  • Lead cross-functional work from brief through early launch, resolving unclear decision rights, dependencies, resource gaps, and tradeoffs.
  • Use customer action, adoption or commercial progress, experience quality, feasibility, and reuse to decide whether a program should scale, change, remain bespoke, or stop.
  • Partner with the broader strategic-program and executive-program teams to determine where a new model belongs and what durable ownership requires.
  • Turn successful pilots into clear principles, playbooks, operating requirements, and clean handoffs.

You might thrive in this role, if you:
  • Have 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, enterprise marketing, customer innovation, executive programs, field marketing, or a related go-to-market discipline.
  • Have personally built a meaningful customer-facing program or capability from the ground up and helped it scale.
  • Can form an original program thesis from an ambiguous opportunity and translate it into an experience and operating model.
  • Understand enterprise customers and can connect program choices to adoption, relationship, and commercial outcomes.
  • Know how to prototype, learn quickly, make hard tradeoffs, and stop work that does not earn further investment.
  • Are equally comfortable writing the brief, facilitating a consequential decision, reviewing the experience, and resolving a launch issue.
  • Create clarity and momentum across functions and time zones without relying on formal authority.
  • Build for handoff and durable ownership rather than making yourself the permanent hero operator.
  • Are deliberately choosing a senior individual-contributor path because you want to remain close to consequential work.

This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the nature of the work, periods of more intensive onsite participation are expected as new experiences are designed and launched. Travel may be required.
