Strategic Raw Material and Procurement Manager for Aroma Performance, you'll play a critical role in the procurement of key raw materials that fuel innovation across our global operations. Positioned at the crossroads of market intelligence, supplier strategy, and business transformation, you'll manage a high-impact product portfolio that supports Syensqo's commitment to sustainable growth within our
Aroma Performance business.

- Risk and ethics: Proactively manage risk and promote Syensqo's high standards in procurement ethics and sustainability.
- Operational excellence: Use of SAP and digital procurement platforms to ensure seamless execution and reporting.

You will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Economics; MBA is a plus
- 3+ years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in the chemicals or manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across stakeholders
- Fluency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and procurement best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals to support smart, strategic decision-making
You will get:

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $95,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
